Ankita Yadav is a theatrical set and costume designer. As an expressionist, she believes in experimentation and cherishing the spontaneity of life. Before pursuing her studies here in Canada, she acquired a versatile work background as a Production Designer for commercial films, feature films, and stage performances. She has also created murals for a number of corporate architectures in India. She started her career as a fine artist, a painter, and exhibited her paintings at various art galleries in India and Dubai. In 2013, she finished her BFA in painting from the University of Delhi and then graduated with an MFA (Painting) from B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra, India, in 2016. Currently, she is pursuing an MFA (Theater Design) at the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada.
