I am an emerging theatre artist currently based in Edmonton. This spring I am graduating from the University of Alberta’s BFA in Theatre Production specializing in design. My focus thus far has been in design(costume, set and, lighting), scenic paint, and wardrobe. I appreciate the transformative, collaborative nature of theatre as an art form and like to approach projects with a sense of exploration. Much of my work outside of school has been in hands on roles in areas such as wardrobe and scenic paint. I think it is important for designers to understand the materials and technical process in their work.
